Pakistan faces superpest epidemic after armies of worms & bugs eat up acres & acres of GM Bt cotton having developed resistance to its toxin almost completely.
It took not even five years to develop this catastrophe.
This is just the beginning which will mark the end for us if not nipped in the bud now worldwide.
Our Gujarat,Rajasthan & Punjab are adjoining states to the aforesaid Pakistani areas & worms know no borders. India is already using GM Bt cotton.

Absolute swadeshi.

I'm all for absolute swadeshi. Everything. From needles to rockets , nails to aircraft-carriers and potato to processed foods.
It might take some time even if we start now & gradually replace the foreign products.
Only symbolic political freedom doesn't suffice. We need absolute freedom politically(no democracy please), economically, culturally, agriculturally,technologically & of course in religion. In fact the subversive religions need be contained & quarantined.

After all these have been achieved then we will be a truly free nation. Otherwise we will continue to be brainwashed, mass-intoxicated & indoctrinated with democracy, secularism, liberalism, Marxism, religious-tolerance, free-market, hip-hop and all kinds of pleasure-inducing but noxious & insidiously lethal toxins for the sole purpose of our untold exploitation, our take-over and finally our fate as either the exterminated ones or as the slaves.

Why we should not let GM crops in?

Two fundamental opposition to GM crops:
1) Genetic manipulation is a recent phenomenon only less than three decades old with long term adverse impact on the crop,ecosystem as well as the consumer not yet known. Its fraught with horrible possible consequences. Harnessing nature's resources is not the same as tampering & manipulating with nature including making experimental chimeras.
2) Since GM techs come from corporates they are bound by copyrights & patents which the proponents/agents of GM will never tell you. That means procuring & using seeds etc are solely dependent upon the vendors (including the notorious Monsanto) which will effectively surrender the agriculture,food & subsequently economy of India into the cruel & greedy hands of the West & their even uglier corporates.

P.S.- India has the largest fertile land in world available for agriculture, its nearly 57% of our landmass. India's primacy in agriculture is being usurped through such nefarious tactics and we cannot let this happen at any cost as we'll be at the mercy of exploitative aliens for a thing as fundamental as food.
